Launceston's hottest October weekend is back. Picture this: live music pumping from the green, ice-cold drinks in hand, a massive crowd, a big screen, world-class athletes competing metres in front of you — and a party that runs all day and into the night. Welcome to TIBC 2026.
Whether you're chasing a VIP day out at Sporties on the Green, a free afternoon at The Deck Party, or you're one of Australia's best bowlers looking to take home a slice of $12,000 — there's a spot for you here. It just so happens that some of the world's finest bowlers will be rolling on the green right alongside all of it.

Experience the buzz of bidding on your favourite players the night before the big event. The official tournament draw is also revealed on the evening — so you'll know exactly what lies ahead before a bowl is rolled.
A Calcutta auction lets spectators and supporters buy a share in a player or team before the tournament begins. Bid on who you think will win — if your player takes the title, you share in the prize. It's part sweepstake, part strategy, and entirely entertaining. The room is loud, electric and buzzing with anticipation as the bids go up and the stakes get real.
